The Source of Love

We define the source of love as a spiritual essence that lives within each of us and is there to partner with us in sharing its love through us. This spiritual love is a verb. It requires action. These actions include kindness, respect, sincerity, service, acceptance, honesty, forgiveness, gratitude, etc.

It is important to define love so that we can make the choice to grow it. Through tapping into the source of love within us, we can be more kind in our actions, more forgiving, more respectful, more sincere, more courageous in our dedication to love, and more empowered to serve ourselves and those around us.

Many of us feel we are not worthy of love, or that love in this life is not available to us for a variety of reasons. But the source of love is always within us. The simple proof is in what we desire.

Would we like to receive love? Do we want to share love with others? Those urges and needs come from within us. We might have consciously or unconsciously rejected love and put it in a closet in the back of our minds and locked the door. But, if we desire to have love in our life, we will find it there, waiting patiently for us to partner with it. Proof that we are still worthy resides in our deepest desire to love and be loved. The source will never desert us.

In the realm of love all is forgiven. There is nothing that you have done, or that has been done to you, that could ever dislodge the source that resides within you. Love is the most powerful force in the universe and our decision to adopt this wonderful guide into our lives is the beginning of an amazing transformation within each of us.

We wish to share and grow with you the values of love. We need to practice being kind, compassionate, forgiving, accepting, sincere, courageous, grateful, respectful and loving with each other and the world around us. Together, let’s start to allow this flow of love to change and grow us into the true children of love we were always meant to be.
